Clinical Supervision for Social Workers

My supervisory style reflects a Holistic Model (Campbell, 2000, 2013) approach. The focus of the clinical supervision is the relationship I have with my supervisees. Establishing trust and safety first is of outmost importance. I see my supervisees as colleagues and positive regard, congruence, acceptance, trust and authenticity will permeate our work together. 

The supervision I provide is for LMSWs with little or no clinical experience but are ready to enter their clinical work journey. If you do not work at a clinical setting, you must be employed as a 'social worker' full time or part time and your employer must be willing to allow you to do at least 4 hours per week of clinical work. I will explain in detail what is considered 'clinical work.' Our work together will start from the most basic knowledge regarding clinical social work and will slowly build up to ensure you are able to understand and deliver the whole clinical process with confidence. At the end of our work together, you will be ready to test and pass your LCSW exam. 

Group Supervision (up to 6 supervisees)

$40 per hour (minimum 4 supervisees) x 4 hours = $160 per month per supervisee

Individual Supervision

$100 per hour x 4 hours = $400 per month

Laughter Yoga & Self-Care Session

Bring Laughter Yoga to your work place. Laughter Yoga is an exercise session where anyone can laugh without relying on humor, jokes or comedies. It is practiced in more than 110 countries. It combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing techniques which brings more oxygen to our body and brain making us feel more energetic and healthy. Ten to 15 minutes of LY exercises can reduce stress, make your immune system stronger and keep your mind positive during challenging times. More information.
